Export in Zoho Connect

Export in Zoho Connect

Overview
The export option in Zoho Connect lets you download conversations, forums, and private conversations from your network to your computer. Zoho Connect offers three types of exports to help you with your different needs.

Manual Export: Select and filter-out data based on modules with filters. For instance, you can export only the conversations of a particular group. You can also choose to start a compliance export to include private conversations and deleted contents.

Standard Export:  A quick and easy option to download conversations and forums from the entire network. This includes all the information from the entire network and you cannot filter-out and select specific modules or data in this export.

Scheduled Export: Use the Schedule Export option to maintain a copy of conversations and Forums by timing the export to take place at recurring intervals.
