What happens to Workplace's deactivated users?
Deactivated users are migrated as "inactive users" in Zoho Connect. Their content remains accessible unless you choose to delete it per the data retention policy.
What about new content after migration?
You can perform delta migrations to include new content created after the initial migration. However, delta migrations won’t update already migrated items.
Do I need assistance for migration?

What do I need to start the migration?
To access migration settings in Zoho Connect, you’ll need to have Network Admin privileges. If you’re not a Network Admin yet, no worries! Just reach out to someone in your organization who is an admin, and they can assign you the admin role in a few clicks. Once that’s done, you’ll be ready to dive into the migration setup and make things happen.
How can I track migration progress?
Just head over to the Import page in Zoho Connect, where you can see the status of your migration in real time. You can track what’s done, what’s in progress, and get an overview of how your data is transitioning.
When should I run a delta migration?
Run your final delta migration no later than three business days before you plan to launch your organization in Zoho Connect.
