Scheduled Export in Zoho Connect

Scheduled Export in Zoho Connect

Scheduled Export is similar to manual export where you can export conversations either fully or partly from a group/network wall. The advantage of using Scheduled Export is that you can export data at recurring intervals automatically.

How to configure a scheduled export?

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right.
  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.

  1. In the settings page, select Export under Data Administration.

  1. Click Expand found next to Scheduled Export.

  1. Click Create a New Schedule.

  1. Set the frequency for the export (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  2. Give in the details for your export such as,
Export data: Select the data that you’d like to export from the list of options available.
Export scope: Select from where the data should be exported (entire network, company wall, and specific group).
  1. Choose the file format of the export as Json or Xml.
  2. Check the compliance export option, if required.
  3. Set the password to the export file, if required.
  4. Once done, click Create.

Once you schedule, the export will take place in the specified interval at the exact time you configured the export. For instance, if you've configured the export at 11 AM  and set the frequency as daily, then the export will be done every day at 11 AM. You can download the export file from the export history anytime you want to.
