Manage pending user invitations
Overview
Network admins can view all the invites that have not yet been accepted by users. You can either resend the invite or delete it.
- Reinvite the user
A new email invitation is sent to the user.
- Delete the invitation
Revokes the previously sent invitation to prevent the user from accepting it and joining the network.
How to view pending invites?
- Click the gear icon
from the menu in the right.
- From the dropdown, select Invite Users.
- In the pop-out, select Pending Invites from the listing seen in the left.
- Switch between the user types to view the pending invites under each category.
- Hover above the email address of the required user, click Reinvite to resend the invite email, or click Delete to revoke the invite.
