Managing apps in the Network

Overview

Zoho Connect lets you decide the apps that you'd like to enable and use in your Network. 

Who can manage the apps in a Network?

Only the network admins can decide which apps can be used in a network.

How to enable/disable apps in a network?

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right.
  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.
           
  1. In the settings page, select Manage Apps under Apps & Features.
           
  1. From the list of apps, scroll to the required app and use the toggle to Enable/Disable it

What happens once you disable an app?

When you disable an app, it will be removed from the main menu in the left and users will not be able to access it. 
Disabling an app will not remove the previous data in it. Once you enable the app, all the previous data will be available for the users as before.
