Who can turn off email notifications for the entire network?

How to turn off email notifications for the entire network? 

1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right.
   
2. From the dropdown, select Settings.
   

           

1. In the settings page, select Email Notification Preferences under Notifications.
   

          

1. In the preferences page, toggle the button which reads 'Turn Off Email Notifications'. 
   

           

Once you turn off the toggle, no one in your network will receive email notifications, regardless of their individual preferences.
