Enabling a member's account
Overview
The network admin can restore a disabled member's access to the Network at any time without sending any new invitation email.
How to restore a disabled member's access to your Network?
- Click the gear icon
from the menu in the right.
- From the dropdown, select Settings.
- In the settings page click Disabled Members under Users & Profiles.
- From the list of users, click Enable found at the right end of the member's name whose access you'd like to restore.
What happens once a member's account is enabled ?
The person will immediately regain access to the network. They'll also have access to all the Groups and Boards they were previously part of.
