Enabling a member's account

Overview

The network admin can restore a disabled member's access to the Network at any time without sending any new invitation email.

How to restore a disabled member's access to your Network? 

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right. 
  2. From the dropdown, select Settings. 
           
  1. In the settings page click Disabled Members under Users & Profiles.
          
  1. From the list of users, click Enable found at the right end of the member's name whose access you'd like to restore.      
           

What happens once a member's account is enabled ?

The person will immediately regain access to the network. They'll also have access to all the Groups and Boards they were previously part of.
