Overview
All flagged users, comments, or posts should be reviewed by the network admins in Zoho Connect.

Reporting users, posts, and comments in Zoho Connect is possible only when the admin enables it in the network.
To enable,
Go to Settings.
Click Manage Features under Apps & Features.
Click the toggle button of the Report spam option.
Who can review a reported content and user?
Only network admins can evaluate the flagged reports in Connect. If an admin reports a user, comment, or a post, another admin will review it.
How to review a flagged post
Click the report icon on the right side menu.
Select the report you'd like to evaluate.
From the pop-up, select either Delete Post or Ignore and Keep the Post based on your review.

Once you approve a flagged comment, it cannot be reported again.
Click the report icon on the right side menu.
Select the report you'd like to evaluate.
From the pop-up, select either Delete Comment or Ignore and Keep the Comment based on your review.


Once you approve a flagged comment, it cannot be reported again.
How to review a flagged user
Click the report icon on the right side menu.
Select the report you'd like to evaluate.
From the pop-up, select either Delete User Profile or Ignore Report based on your review.

Once you disable a user profile, they cannot access Connect until you enable them again.
