Changing the Network Name and Network URL

Overview

The Network Name is specific to your network and is displayed in the desktop and mobile apps. The Network URL is the web address using which members can access your Network. Admins can change the Network Name and Network URL anytime time they want to. 

Who can change the Network Name and Network URL?

Only the network admins can access Settings and change the Network Name and Network URL

How to change the Network Name? 

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right. 
  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.      
           
  1. In the settings page, select Network Name under Network Settings.
      
  1. In the input box, enter a new name.
  2. Click Save.
      

How to change the Network URL? 

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right. 
  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.
           
  1. In the settings page, select Network URL under Network Settings.
            
  1. In the input box, enter a new URL.
  2. Click Save.
           
Once you change the Network URL, users will be automatically redirected from the old to the new address. However, it is advised to make an announcement on your Network Wall and let all members know about the change.
