Overview
Zia NLP Search, Zoho Connect's NLP (Natural Language Processing) search, helps you find data across your network. Instead of relying on exact keywords or manual filters, this search allows you to type your queries in a natural, conversational style.

This feature is currently available in US, IN and EU DC.

Zia NLP search uses Natural Language Processing to understand the meaning, context, and intent behind your search query. It goes beyond simple keyword search as it interprets natural phrases, dates, user names, and activity-related terms.
For example, instead of searching for "Due tasks," you can search for "What tasks do I need to do this week?"
 
  • Recognizes user intent even when phrased differently
  • Identifies names, dates, modules, groups, post tags, and mentioned users/groups.
  • Understands what you mean by last week, my posts, or files from Mark
  • Retrieves results from different modules (eg: Forums, Feeds, Town Hall posts, and Tasks)

 

  1. Click the search bar at the top.
  2. Toggle the Zia NLP search button on the left side of the search bar.

    Toggle this on every time to use context in search.
  3. Type your query in natural language (eg: Tasks assigned to me due this week, Posts mentioning Michelle).
  4. Search to view the related results at the bottom.

Tips
  • For an effective search result, use complete search phrases.
  • Include user or group names in your search, if required.
