Run Through Workflow Rule

Overview

Use the run through option to process the existing data in a module or the network using a newly created workflow rule.

Who can perform run through for a workflow rule? 

Only the owner of the workflow configuration can perform run through for it.  

How do I perform run through for a workflow rule? 

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown.
  3. In the Settings page, select Workflows under Automation.
  4. From the list of configured rules, hover above the rule for which you'd like to perform run through.
  5. Click the run through filter icon [] beside the workflow rule name.
          
      6. In the confirmation pop-out, click Yes, proceed.
