Run Through Workflow Rule
Overview
Use the run through option to process the existing data in a module or the network using a newly created workflow rule.
Who can perform run through for a workflow rule?
Only the owner of the workflow configuration can perform run through for it.
How do I perform run through for a workflow rule?
- Click the gear icon
from the menu in the right
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- In the Settings page, select Workflows under Automation.
- From the list of configured rules, hover above the rule for which you'd like to perform run through.
- Click the run through filter icon [
] beside the workflow rule name.
6. In the confirmation pop-out, click Yes, proceed.
