Sharing posts privately in Zoho Connect
Overview
In Connect, you can share posts privately with users instead of tagging them in the comments.
Only posts in the Company Wall and Public Groups can be shared with others.
How to share a post privately
- Go to the post you'd like to share.
- Click the Share icon at the bottom of the post.
- Click the lock icon at the bottom.
- Select the users to whom you want to share the post privately. You can add an optional message if needed.
- Click Share.
Now, this post will be shared on the selected users' feeds, and a notification will be sent for the same.
Share privately instead of tagging in the comments
In Zoho Connect, tagging one person in a comment triggers a pop-up asking if you want to mention them or share the post privately.
If required, you can add more users or groups as you prefer and click Share.
