Accessing the network according to your role
Overview
In Zoho Connect, the network accessing URL differs for members and guests. This ensures consistent and region-specific access to the network.
Access URL for normal org users
For normal organization users , they can use the following link to access the network:
If you've enabled a custom domain, then the access URL will be in the format:
https://<custom-domain>/
For example, if your custom domain is connect.zylker.com, then your network access URL will be:
Access URL for Guest users
The access URLs discussed below will take effect from October 27,2025.
Guest users can access their portal using the following format:
https://<network-url>.<guest-domain>.com/client
For example, if your network URL is Zylker, and your domain is UAE, then your portal access link will be:
https://zylker.zohoconnectportal.ae/client
Domain URL by data center
The domain in the URL depends on your region (data center). Refer to the table below:
