Overview

Using Vantage Circle integration for Zoho Connect, you can offer employees timely rewards for their Connect activities via vouchers and wallet credits in Vantage Circle.  

What is Vantage Circle?

Vantage Circle is a cloud-based employee reward and recognition platform that helps organizations automate their rewards program and improve employee engagement.

Pre-requisites

  1. Have an active account for your organization on Vantage Circle platform. 
  2. Keep Gamification enabled for your Zoho Connect network. This is important, as this integration works by updating gamification points in Vantage Circle and rewarding the users based on it.  Click here to read how to enable Gamification. 

Who can use Vantage Circle integration?

Once the network admin has configured this integration, all members in the network can access their respective Vantage Circle profile to view points and vouchers they've received, and to redeem them.

How do I integrate Zoho Connect with Vantage Circle?

  1. Ensure you have active Zoho Connect and Vantage Circle accounts.
  2. Log in to the Zoho Connect web app.
  3. Click the plug icon [] in the right menu.

  4. In the Integrations page, select Vantage Circle.  

  5. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret from the Vantage Circle. To get these details, contact the Vantage Circle support team at support@vantagecircle.com. 
  6. Click Authenticate.

  7. Choose how you'd like members to be rewarded based on their location. 
  8. If you are configuring this integration for the first time, you can choose to perform a one-time sync. This syncs the user profiles and gamification points earned by members in Connect with Vantage Circle.  
  9. Click Save. 

Notes
By default, the Vantage Circle integration is only for network members. External user profiles are exempted.

What happens after configuring this integration?

Once you've successfully completed the authentication and enabled the integration, a Web Tab will be created in the left menu and members can access their Vantage Circle profile from within Zoho Connect. Gamification points earned by members are synced with their Vantage Circle profile and they'll receive rewards based on the configuration in Vantage Circle.

Logs

Logs display the results of the integration so that you can keep track of every action performed. The Vantage Circle integration has two logs: points synchronization and profile creation.
  1. Profile synchronization: The details of points added and deducted from users' profiles in Vantage Circle will be listed here.
  2. Profile creation: The details of profiles created in Vantage Circle by network members will be listed here.
To view logs:
  1. Click the plug icon [] in the right menu.

  2. In the Integrations page, select Vantage Circle.
  3. Scroll to the Logs section and click Expand next to the logs you'd like to view. 

How do I disable the Vantage Circle integration?

  1. Click the plug icon [] in the right menu.

  2. In the Integrations page, select Vantage Circle.
  3. Click Revoke Authentication in the Configuration Details.
