Trello integration with Zoho Connect

Overview
Simplify your workflow with the Trello integration in Zoho Connect. With this, you can seamlessly link your Trello boards to your Zoho Connect groups/boards, and manage all your tasks in one place.
 

How to enable Trello integration

  1. Go to Integrations from the right menu.



  2. From the integrations page, click Trello.



  3. Click Add Configuration.



  4. Click Authenticate your Trello account. In the redirected page, log in to your Trello account.



  5. Once you're done, you'll be redirected to the Trello integration page. Configure the integration by filling out the details based on your preferences.
  6. Select activities that you'd like to receive notifications for.



  7. Once you're done, click Save.

Linking a Zoho Connect group with a Trello board



Upon linking a Connect group with a Trello board, a post will appear on the group feeds whenever there's an activity in the linked board.

Upon linking a Connect board with a Trello board, both boards will start to sync. For example, if you create a card in the Trello board, it will be created in the linked Zoho Connect board automatically.


 

How to disable Trello configuration

  1. Go to Integrations from the right menu.



  2. From the integrations page, click Trello.



  3. Select a configuration and click the toggle button on the right.


How to delete a Trello configuration
  1. Go to Integrations from the right menu.




  2. From the integrations page, click Trello.



  3. Select a configuration and click the trash can icon on the right.



  4. From the pop-up, click Delete Configuration to remove the configuration permanently.

Notes
Even if you delete the configuration, the synced data will remain unaffected.
 

Importing Trello board to Tasks in Zoho Connect

In Zoho Connect, you can import a Trello board directly in the Tasks section.
  1. Go to Tasks from the left menu.
  2. Click the three dots icon from the bottom-left of the extended menu.
  3. Select Import from Trello.
  4. In the pop-up, click Authenticate.
  5. Login to your Trello account and select a Trello board you'd like to import.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Map Connect users for whom you want to assign the tasks imported from Trello.
  8. Click Create.
