Installing the Microsoft Office plug-in in Zoho Connect

System Requirements

This plugin is available only to Windows users

The .NET framework version required for this plugin to work is 4.5 and above.

Downloading the Zoho Connect plug-in For Microsoft Outlook

  1. Click the plug icon in the top-right part of the page in Zoho Connect to access the Integrations page.
  2. In the integrations page, go to Outlook Calendar Add-in.
  3. Click the Download Outlook button, you will be redirected to Outlook Addin download page.
  4. Based on your Microsoft Outlook version download the required msi.

Installing Zoho Connect plug-in For Microsoft Outlook:

  1. Double click the .msi file to install MS Outlook.
  2. Select the Installation Folder and click next.

  1. Click Next in confirm installation wizard to start the installation process.
To sign in to Zoho Connect plug-in:
  1. In Microsoft Outlook, click Zoho Connect > Menu > Sign In.

  1. A consent prompt appear, click proceed to redirect to Zoho accounts login page and enter your login credentials to sign in.

  1. After you sign in, the Microsoft Outlook Connect Plug-in will also be automatically logged-in.

You need to login within 5 minutes or else the device code will be invalidated and you have to login again.

Sync Zoho Connect and Outlook:

  1. In order to sync a Microsoft Outlook calendar with Zoho Connect, you need to create a new configuration from Microsoft Outlook.
  2. To create a new configuration, click Zoho Connect > Add a configuration
  3. Then a popup will appear, fill the fields and click save.

  1. To sync, click Zoho Connect > Sync Calendar
  2. Then select the respective configuration to sync.
  3. Click "Start Sync" to start syncing your Zoho Connect and Outlook events.
