Overview
Zoho Analytics lets you visualize your data in stunning charts, reports, and dashboards. With this integration, you can study your Connect data, such as posts, groups, and boards, helping you to make data-driven decisions.
How to enable the Zoho Analytics integration
The Zoho Connect admin can enable Zoho Analytics by going to the integrations page.
Click the plug icon [] from the vertical menu in the top-right corner of the Zoho Connect page. From the list of integrations, click Zoho Analytics. Configure your Zoho Analytics account.
How to configure the Zoho Analytics integration
- Click the Configure button
- Select your organization. If you don't have any existing organization, you can create a new one.
- Select a workspace. You can also create a new workspace by clicking the Create Workspace option from the dropdown.
- Type the workspace name and click create to generate a new workspace.
- Select the data modules and fields you want. There are 39 modules available, such as posts, groups, tasks, boards, and member details. In default, 29 data modules will be added to the list.
- After selecting the modules, enable auto-sync of your Connect data with Zoho Analytics by choosing a specific time and interval from the dropdown.
- Click the Create button on the right corner of the page to create your connector.
What happens after a connector is created?
After a connector is created, you will see the message given below where the data sync status will be shown. You can check whether your Connect data is synced successfully or not with the help of this status.
You can sync your Connect data manually five times before the next sync time.
The five syncs does not include the auto-sync which you have set already during configuration.
Who can use this integration?
Once the integration is enabled, the admins of Zoho Connect will be able to access this integration. Only admins can access Zoho Analytics by clicking the Access Zoho Analytics hyperlink in the header section.
You can allow other admins to access your Zoho Analytics by inviting them to your Organization.
Once you click the hyperlink, you will be able to access the Zoho Analytics platform.
How to modify Zoho Analytics configuration
- Navigate to the Zoho Analytics Integration in the integrations list.
- Click the Zoho Analytics tile.
- Click the edit icon on the right side of the page.
- Add or remove data modules and fields and select a new automatic data-sync schedule.
- Tap the update button to modify your configuration.
You can only edit the data modules whereas the organization and workspace details cannot be edited using this option.
How to delete the Zoho Analytics Configuration
Navigate to the Zoho Analytics Integration in the integrations list.
Click the Zoho Analytics tile.
Click the delete icon on the right side of the page. - A pop-up will be shown, asking for confirmation on the delete action. Click Delete.
