Overview
By default, your Zoho Connect calendar and all events in it use the time zone you've set for your Connect account (in My Preferences). However, using the time zone option, you can set different time zones for events when you create them. This is useful when you are traveling and want to schedule events according to the time zones in which they occur.
How to set time zone for an event?
- Click Events from the main menu in the left.
- You'll see the calendar view.
- To create an event, click the + icon in the top-right corner of the page. Alternatively, click the date you want.
- In the pop-out, select the type of event, if applicable, and enter the event name, timing, and other details.
- In the same pop-out, check the Turn on Time Zone support option found below the date and time.
- Now, click 🔽 found at the right end of the time zone field and choose the required option.
- Once done, click Create.
The time zone once set while creating an event cannot be changed.
The option to set time zone is available in all plans of Zoho Connect.
