Email Digest Notifications in Zoho Connect

Overview

The digest option is intended to reduce the number of notification emails you receive in a day. Generally, you will receive a separate email for each notification from Zoho Connect. However, on enabling the Digest option, you will receive one email every day, giving you a summary of all activities for the day.

Who can enable Email Digest Notifications?

The network admin can enable or disable the email digest for the entire network. However, if an individual user decides to enable or disable it, they can do so for their respective accounts.

In case the admin has turned off email notifications for the entire network, then individual users will not be able to make use of the Email Digest option.

How admins can enable email digest notifications for the entire network? 

  1. Click the gear icon  found in the right pane.
  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.
       
  1. In the setup page, click Notification Settings, under Users & Profiles.
           
  1. Use the radio button to enable digest notification.

How users can enable digest notification?

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the header.
  2. Select Notification Preferences.
      
  1. In the pop-out, navigate to the Advanced tab.
  2. Toggle the button to enable digest notification.
  3. From the drop-down, select when you should receive the notification.  
      

Although you've enabled the digest option, notifications that require immediate action are instantly sent. This includes your task reminders, event reminders, video conference invites and event invites.

The digest option is available in all plans. However, the option to select the time is available only in the Enterprise subscription
