Overview
You can add comments, posts, and tasks in your Zoho Connect network from your email. This helps in getting involved in a conversation without having to open Connect every time.

You can add comments, posts, and tasks only from the email address associated with your Zoho Connect account. And this option is not supported for auto-reply and mail forwarding.
You can add comments in posts, tasks, events, and forums by replying to the email notification you received for the activity. This option is available by default if email notifications are enabled in the network, and admins don't have to configure this separately for their network.
To add comments from email:
- Open the required notification from your mail inbox.
- Click Reply.
- Type in the message and click Send.
