Task view count in Zoho Connect


Overview

The Task view count option in Zoho Connect lets you see the list of users who have viewed a particular task. 

Who can view the task view count? 

Only the board admins and the creator of a task can see the view count for tasks created in Boards.  For private tasks, only the task's creator can view the list.

Where can I see how many people have viewed the task?  

  1. Click Tasks from the main menu in the left.
  2. Navigate to the required task and click to open task details.
  3. The view count is displayed in the top-right corner of the task details pop-out.  
           
  1. Click the eye icon  to get the list of people who have viewed the task.
 Task view count is not visible to the board members and users who are assigned to the task.
