Creating a Channel

Channels are realtime chat rooms for a group of people to discuss topics and make faster decisions.

Creating a Channel:

Click the "+" icon in the left pane, next to Channels.
Enter your channel name, description, and add members or a group.
Click Create.

What does the Associate Channels with a Group option do?

Once associated with a Group, all members of the group will be added to the Channel. As more members are added to the group, they are automatically added to the Channel.

Channels in Zoho Connect is powered by Zoho Cliq. All Channels you create here can also be accessed from your Zoho Cliq account.

Option to create a channel will be available based on the permissions set by the admin.
