Overview
Zoho Connect has 50 widgets so that every important information is available on the network dashboard. This document covers how to add, customize, and remove a widget.
- Click Home in the main menu on the left.
- Click the pencil icon [
] in the bottom-right corner.

- Navigate to the required widget in the edit menu on the left. You can also find the widget you're looking for by using the Search box.
- Hover above the widget, then drag and drop the reposition icon [
] to the preferred position on the dashboard.
- Make sure you are in the dashboard's edit mode.
- Navigate to the required widget on the dashboard.
- Hover above the widget and click the pencil icon [
] in the top-right corner. The settings of the selected widget will be displayed in the edit menu on the left.

- Make the required changes in the edit menu and then, then click Save or Publish.
- Make sure you are in the dashboard's edit mode.
- Navigate to the required widget on the dashboard.
- Hover above the widget, click and drag the resize icon [⤢] in the bottom corners of the widget.

- Make sure you are in the dashboard's edit mode.
- Navigate to the required widget on the dashboard.
- Hover above the widget and click the delete icon [
] in the top-right corner of the widget.
How do I change the text and color theme for a widget?
The text color and background of each widget can be changed. To do so, follow the steps below.
- Make sure you are in the dashboard's edit mode.
- Navigate to the required widget on the dashboard.
- Hover above the widget and click the pencil icon [
] in the top-right corner. The settings of the selected widget will be displayed in the edit menu on the left.

- Switch to the Styles tab.

- Use the options listed in the tab to make the required customizations.
- Click Save.
Display limit
The display limit option lets you choose the number of items to be displayed within a system widget. This option is available in all system widgets, except for birthday and work anniversary widgets. For example, in top scores widgets, the display limit can be set as 10 to show only the top 10 users in the leaderboard.

Display limit option is only available for system widgets. The limit can be different for each widget.
To set display limit:
- Make sure you are in the dashboard's edit mode.
- Navigate to the required widget on the dashboard.
- Hover above the widget and click the pencil icon [
] in the top-right corner of the widget. The settings of the selected widget will be displayed in the edit menu on the left.
- Scroll down to Display Limit field and select a number from the dropdown.
