Overview
The Files app allows users to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations directly within the Network or a specific Group. This helps teams collaborate, edit, and manage content in one place without needing to upload files from external sources.
You can create files based on your access permissions set by the admin at the Network or Group level.
This guide is intended for users who configured Files before March 11, 2026.How to create a document, spreadsheet, or presentation in Company/Network Wall
Open Files from the left main menu or go to Company Wall's Files section.
Click New on the top-right side.
From the dropdown, choose the file type you want to create (Document, Spreadsheet, and Presentation).

In the pop-up, enter a name for the file and click New.

For Spreadsheet,

For Presentation,
The file will open in a new tab, where you can start adding content. Changes will be saved automatically, and the file will be available to members based on their access permissions.
How to create a document, spreadsheet, or presentation in a group
Open Files and select a group from the left extended menu or go to a Group's Files section.
Click New on the top-right side.
