Creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
This guide is intended for users who configured Files before March 11, 2026.How to create a document, spreadsheet, or presentation in Company/Network Wall
- Open Files from the left main menu or go to Company Wall's Files section.
- Click New on the top-right side.
From the dropdown, choose the file type you want to create (Document, Spreadsheet, and Presentation).
In the pop-up, enter a name for the file and click New.

How to create a document, spreadsheet, or presentation in a group
- Open Files and select a group from the left extended menu or go to a Group's Files section.
- Click New on the top-right side.
- From the dropdown, choose the file type you want to create (Document, Spreadsheet, and Presentation).
- In the pop-up, enter a name for the file and click New.
