Enabling Files

Overview

By default, the Files app is enabled for your Connect org at the network level.
As an admin, you can manage and enable it from both the Network or Company Wall and individual Group walls, based on where you want Files to be available.
NotesThis guide is intended for users who configured Files before March 11, 2026

To enable Files app in Network/Company Wall,

  1. Go to the Network/Company Wall.
  2. Click the three dots icon near the header.



  3. From the dropdown, select Settings.

  4. Move to the Apps section, and enable Files using toggle button.

 

To enable Files app in a Group,

  1. Go to the Group.
  2. Click the three dots icon near the header.



  3. From the dropdown, select Settings.

  4. Move to the Apps section, and enable Files using toggle button.
