How to pin a forum post
Overview
You can pin a forum post in Zoho Connect to ensure all network members see important forum posts and discussions at the top for easy and quick access.
Who can pin forum posts?
The network admins can pin forum posts on the Forums page where they'll be shown in a sliding menu.
How to pin a forum post?
- Go to the forum post you'd like to pin.
- Click the ellipses (...) in the top-right corner of the post.
- From the dropdown, select Pin this Forum post.
- Select the date until which you'd like the Post to remain pinned.
- Once done, click Pin.
The pinned forum posts will be shown in sliding menu bar on top of all forum posts in the Recent Forum Posts.
