Editing and deleting levels

Who can edit or delete a level? 

Only the network admins and members with a custom role containing edit permission for Gamification can edit and delete levels. 

How do I edit a level? 

  1. Click the gear icon [] in the right menu.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown.

  3. In the Settings page, select Levels under Gamification.

  4. Scroll to the required level.
  5. Click the ellipsis [...] in the right-end of the level name.
  6. Select Edit from the dropdown.

  7. Make the required changes and click Update.
If you are changing the points of a level, the starting point for the immediate next level will also be updated, and members will be repositioned accordingly. 

How do I delete a level? 

If you are deleting a level, the points range of the immediate next and previous levels will be altered to cover the missing points, and members will be repositioned accordingly.  
  1. Click the gear icon [] in the right menu.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown.

  3. In the Settings page, select Levels under Gamification.

  4. Scroll to the required level.
  5. Click the ellipsis [...] in the right-end of the level name.
  6. Select Delete from the dropdown.
