Overview
Zoho Connect enables you to adjust the points network members earn for performing a particular activity in the network. By default, the points are set for every activity. However, the point values can be changed to suit the specific needs of your organization.
Who can adjust the points earned for activities?
Only the network admins and members with custom roles containing edit permission for Gamification can adjust the activity points.
How do I adjust the points earned for an activity?
- Click the gear icon [
] in the right menu.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.

- In the Settings page, select Points under Gamification.

- Scroll to the required activity and click the pencil icon [
] in the right-end of the activity.
- Enter the points in the input box.
- Click Save.
