Managing permissions and apps in groups

How to configure user and post permissions in a group

  1. Click the three dots (...) icon near the group header.



  2. From the dropdown, click Settings.
  3. In the pop-up, go to the Permissions tab.
  4. Set permissions to allow everyone, admins, specific users, or specific roes to perform certain activities.

 

Managing built-in apps in a group

In Connect, you have multiple built-in Connect apps dedicated for groups, such as events, custom apps, manuals, and boards.
Notes
Only the group admin can enable/disable the apps in a group.

 

How to disable and enable apps in groups

  1. Click the three dots (...) icon near the group header.



  2. From the dropdown, click Settings.
  3. In the pop-up, go to the Apps tab.



  4. Toggle the button on the right side of each app to enable or disable it.
