Overview
Zoho Connect enables you to schedule manual and article publications for future dates and times.
Who can schedule an article publication?
By default, only the manual admin can schedule and publish an article. If the contributors have the permission to publish articles, they too can schedule and publish.

If contributors don’t have the permission to publish articles, they'll see "
Request to Publish" option in the place of "
Publish". Click

How do I schedule an article publication?
- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Navigate to the required unpublished article or create a new one.
- When your article is ready, click 🔽 next to the Publish option in the top-right part of the article.

- Click Schedule from the dropdown.
- In the Date Picker, select your preferred date and time.
- Click Schedule.

Where can I find my scheduled Articles?
- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Click Scheduled Items in the extended menu.

- Switch to Articles tab.
How do I reschedule an article that has already been scheduled?
- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Click Scheduled Items in the extended menu.

- Navigate to the required article.
- Click the ellipsis (...) in the top-right corner of the details post.
- Select Reschedule from the dropdown.

- In the Date Picker, select your preferred date and time.
- Click Schedule.

How do I cancel an existing schedule?
If you want to stop a scheduled article from being published, you can use the delete schedule option.
To do this:
- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Click Scheduled Items in the extended menu.

- Navigate to the required article.
- Click the ellipsis (...) in the top-right corner of the stream.
- Select Delete Schedule from the dropdown.

How do I immediately publish an article that has been scheduled for the future?
- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Click Scheduled Items in the extended menu.

- Navigate to the required article.
- Click the publish now icon [
] in the top-right corner.
