Overview
Zoho Connect enables you to schedule manual and article publications for future dates and times.
Who can schedule a manual publication?
By default, only the manual admin can schedule and publish a manual.
How do I schedule a Manual publication?
- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Navigate to the required unpublished manual or create a new one.
- When your Manual is ready, click 🔽 next to the Publish option in the top-right part of the header.
- In the dropdown, click Schedule.

- In the Date Picker, select your preferred date and time.
- Click Schedule.

Where can I find my scheduled Manuals?
- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Click Scheduled Items in the extended menu.

- Switch to Manuals tab.
How do I reschedule a manual that has already been scheduled?
- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Click Scheduled Items in the extended menu.

- Navigate to the required Manual.
- Click the ellipsis (...) in the top-right corner of the details post.
- Select Reschedule from the dropdown.

- In the Date Picker, select your preferred date and time.
- Click Schedule.
How do I cancel an existing schedule?
If you want to stop your scheduled manual from being published, you can use the delete schedule option.
To do this:
- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Click Scheduled Items in the extended menu.

- Navigate to the required Manual.
- Click the ellipsis (...) in the top-right corner of the stream.
- Select Delete Schedule from the dropdown.

- Click Manuals from the main menu on the left.

- Click Scheduled Items in the extended menu.

- Navigate to the required Manual.
- Click the publish now icon [
] in the top-right corner.
