Overview
The Public Manual option allows you to share Manuals with people outside your Network using an URL. The Manual and Articles in it are accessible to anyone (including non-Zoho users) who has the URL.
Password protected sharing
To ensure that your Manual is safe and can be accessed only by certain users with whom you have shared, Public Manuals provides a password-protect option. Shared members will be able to access the Manual and its content only with the password you've set.
Who can enable Public Manual option?
Only the Admins of the Manual can enable the Public Manual option and set a password.
