Overview
When submitting feedback using Zoho Connect's built-in feedback provider, you can use the record screen option to record your screen demonstrating the issue you're facing and send it to the support team. This will help the support personnel understand the issue better and swiftly provide a solution.
Who can use this feature?
All users in the network can use this feature to send video feedback.
How do I record and send video feedback?
- Login to your Zoho Connect network.
- Click the help icon [
] in the bottom right part of the menu on the right. - Click Record Screen from the menu.

- In the Record Screen pop-out, enter the subject and description.
- Click Start Recording.

- Choose the screen you want to record and click Record.
- To stop the recording, click the Stop button at the top of the page. The recording will be processed and added to your feedback.

- Click View Recording on the video to preview it before sending. You can also click on the Record Again to trash the current recording and take a new one.
- Click Edit on the video to annotate, trim or crop the video.

- When you're done, click Submit to send your recording to the support team.
How do I delete a recording I just took?
When you've recorded your screen and added it to your feedback, click Delete Recording (found on the video preview) to trash it.
