Overview
Audit logs track changes and activities related to posts. This guide will help you understand how to access, read, and use audit logs effectively.
Who can view the audit logs of a post?
Network admins can view the audit logs of a post. However, if you're a group admin, you can view the audit logs of the posts published within that group.
How to view the audit logs of a post
Log into your Zoho Connect.
Go to the post that contains the activities you want to view.
Click the three dots icon in the top-right corner of the post.
From the dropdown, select View audit log.
In the pop-up, the audit logs will appear as shown below.
What data does this post audit log have?
The post audit log will provide you with information about the actions related to a specific post, including time stamps, activity, and user information.
Filters in post audit logs
If there are multiple log entries in a post, you can use the filter to view specific types of actions by certain users in a chosen time period.
To use filters, click the Filter option near the Export button. Then, select the preferences you want and click Apply.
How can I export the audit logs of a post?
Select the Export option in the audit logs pop-up.

Choose the user profile information you want to export and click Export file.
Once the export file is ready, you'll receive a notification in Connect. You can download the .zip file from there.
