Overview
This feature in Zoho Connect allows you to draft posts on behalf of someone else in your network. This is especially helpful when you're writing for a leadership role or for other team members when writing announcements, updates, or internal posts.
Who can use this?
Only users with permission can create drafts for other users.

How to create a draft post for others
In My Feeds, write your post in the editor and click the Draft For option below your name.
In the dropdown, select the author for whom you're writing the post for and click Submit draft.
The draft will now be available for the selected user to review and publish.
On submitting the draft, the Final Author will review the content and either post it or request changes.
Where can you find the posts you've drafted for someone else?
To view the drafts you wrote for someone else:
Go to Feeds.
Click Drafts in the left extended menu.
Go to the Drafter tab to view the list of drafts you've submitted for others.
They can edit, preview, and publish the post from there.
How to revise a draft with requested changes
When the final author requests changes in your draft, you can revise the draft from the Drafter section.
To do so:
On the Drafts page, go to the Drafter tab.
Click the Edit icon to the draft where the final author has requested changes.
In the pop-up, click Edit to make changes.
Click Submit draft to send it for approval.
To remind the final author to review your draft,
Click the three dots icon under the Actions column on the Drafter page.
From the dropdown, click Remind author to review.

The author will be notified immediately.
To delete the draft, click Delete from the dropdown.
