Who can start a private conversation?
Network admins and group admins can control whether members can make start private conversations in network and group walls, respectively.
How do I start a private conversation?
- Log in to your Zoho Connect network.
- Click Feeds in the main menu on the left.
- Click the text in the post editor that says "What's on your mind right now?"
- Click the lock icon [
] at the bottom-right part of the post editor.

- Enter the members or groups you need to start the conversation with.

- Add a title if you need to, by clicking
in the top-right corner of the post editor. - Type out your message.
- Click Share.
Where can I find all my private conversations?
To view all your private conversations:
- Log in to your Zoho Connect network.
- Click Feeds in the main menu on the left.
- Switch to the Private tab from the listing found below the rich text editor.

How do I manage members in a private conversation?
You can add or remove users and groups from a private conversation by following the steps below.
- Log in to your Zoho Connect network.
- Click Feeds in the main menu on the left.
- Switch to the Private tab found below the rich text editor.

- Navigate to the required private conversation.
- Click add icon [
] next to the stream title.

- Search for and select users or groups from the dropdown to add them to the conversation.
- To remove a user or group, hover above their name in the listing and click the remove button [
].
