Overview

Zoho Connect lets post authors to schedule their posts to be published at a specific date and time. 

Who can schedule a post?

All users in the network can schedule a post on their wall, the company wall and in groups they belong to. 

How do I schedule a post?

  1. Create a post using the Rich Text Editor like you usually would.
  2. Click the (⌄) icon next to the Share button.
  3. Select Schedule from the dropdown.

  4. Select your preferred date and time from the date picker.
  5. Click Schedule.

The scheduling option is not available for forum posts. 

Where can I find my scheduled posts? 

  1. Click Feeds from the main menu in the left.
  2. Click My Scheduled Posts from the extended menu.
  3. You'll see a list of all the posts you have scheduled on the right side.

How do I reschedule a scheduled post?

  1. Go to the Feeds page.
  2. Click My Scheduled Posts from the extended menu.
  3. Navigate to the required post from the list of scheduled posts on the right.
  4. Click the ellipsis [...] in the top-right corner of the post.
  5. Select Reschedule from the dropdown.
  6. Select your preferred date and time from the date picker.
  7. Click Schedule

How do I immediately publish a post that has been scheduled for later?

  1. Go to the Feeds page.
  2. Click My Scheduled Posts from the extended menu
  3. Navigate to the required post from the list of scheduled posts.
  4. Click the post now [] icon in the top-right corner of the post.
     

How do I edit a scheduled post? 

  1. Click Feeds from the main menu in the left.
  2. Click My Scheduled Posts from the extended menu in the left.
  3. Navigate to the required post from the list of scheduled posts.
  4. To edit the post, click the pencil icon [] in the top-right corner of the post, make the required changes and click Update.

How do I delete a scheduled post? 

  1. Click Feeds from the main menu in the left.
  2. Click My Scheduled Posts from the extended menu in the left.
  3. Navigate to the required post from the list of scheduled posts.
  4. Click the ellipsis […] in the top-right corner of the post and click Delete from the dropdown.
