What information can you find in post insights?

When you click the analytics icon (), a pop-up will open where you will see the following details.

• Unique views
  This metric shows the number of individual users who have viewed your post.
• Views
  The overall views of your post will appear here, including repeated views from the same users.
• Reactions
  Likes, funny, amazed, sad, and other emoji reactions of users will appear here. 
• Comments
  The total number of comments will appear here, including the replies.
  
  
• Engagement metrics
  

  This section displays engagement score and sentiment meter.
  

  • Engagement score: This score will be displayed based on the interactions on your post.
    
  • User sentiment meter: This analyzes the reactions and comments on a post to determine whether user sentiments are positive, negative, or neutral. 
    
• Audience Engagement
  
  Here, you can view the users interaction in more detail under several categories such as designation, department, skills, and more.
  
  
  
  

  You can also add custom fields to get more targeted data. 
• Engagement Graph
  
  The visualization of your post engagement over time will be shown in this section.
  
  
  

How to download the insights of a post?

1. Click the Export button from the top-right corner of the Post Insights section and choose the export options from the pop-up.
   
2. Click Export. You will receive a notification after some time, click on it to complete downloading post insights.
   

Only network admins can export post insights.
