Managing and sharing posts in Zoho Connect
Use the post options in your feed to move posts to a different wall or group, hide posts from your view, copy a post link to share, or print a post for offline reference.
Who can manage posts
By default, group admins can move and hide posts. Members can copy a post URL, print a post, and hide posts from their own view.
How to move a post
Click the three dots (...) icon on the post.
In the dropdown, select Move this post.
In the pop-up, select a wall or group.
Click Move.
The post will be moved to the selected wall or group.
How to hide a post
Click the three dots (...) icon on the post.
In the dropdown, select Hide this post.
The post will be removed from your feed. Other members will not be affected.
How to copy a post URL
Click the three dots (...) icon on the post.
In the dropdown, select Copy Post URL.
The post URL is copied to your clipboard.
How to print a post
- Click the three dots (...) icon on the post.
In the dropdown, select Print.
The post will open in a print-ready view with your browser's print dialog.
