With Quartz, you can show what is happening on your screen instead of explaining every step through text. This makes it easier for your colleagues to understand instructions and follow discussions.

You can record screen up only up to five minutes.

Recording a video in a post

1. In Feeds, open the rich text editor.
   
   
   
   

2. Select the Screen recording option to launch Quartz.
   
   
   
   

3. In the pop-up, review your recording settings and click Start recording.
   
   
   
   

4. Choose the screen or window you want to record and click Share.
   
   
   
   

5. After a 3-second countdown, start recording and demonstrate the information you want to share.

6. Stop the recording once you finish.

7. Review the recorded video.
   
   
   
   

8. Click Submit.

Your screen recording will be included in the post, allowing other members with access to view it. Also, while recording your screen, you can also record yourself using your camera. You can turn the camera on or off at any time without interrupting the screen recording.
