Overview
In Zoho Connect, you can save, view, and manage draft posts, announcements, and polls as drafts. This feature ensures your work is safely stored and can be easily accessed or edited later.
What can you save as drafts?
You can save the following post types as drafts- conversations, announcements, polls, ideas, and social advocacy posts.
How to save a draft
Drafts are saved automatically when you type in the rich text editor but don't post.
Alternatively, you can click Save Draft at the bottom-right corner of the editor to save it manually.
How to access the drafts
Click Feeds from the main menu on the left.
Click See More in the extended menu.
Select My Drafts from the list. The draft posts will be listed on the right side of the page.

Alternatively, click My Drafts above the text editor.

From the dropdown, click Manage Drafts to view the list of all drafts.

How to manage the drafts
You can delete, edit, and publish your draft posts from the My Drafts page.
To edit, click Edit at the top-right corner of the draft. Make changes, then either save or publish the edited content.

To delete, click Delete at the top-right corner of the draft.

In the pop-up, click Delete draft to eliminate the draft permanently.

How to delete multiple drafts
Go to My drafts.
Click the
Select All icon near the header.

Choose the drafts you'd like to delete.

Click
Delete.

Select
Delete draft to delete all the selected drafts at once.
