Overview
Add files to provide more context to your Post's content. The inserted files can be previewed by tapping on it. They can also be downloaded and uploaded to Zoho WorkDrive or any other Cloud file services.
- You can insert PDF files, Excel charts, worksheets, and PowerPoint presentations to your Post.
- Currently, image and video files are not supported.
How to insert files to a Post?
To insert a file from your computer:
- Log in to your Zoho Connect network.
- Click Feeds in the main menu on the left.
- Click "what's on your mind?" at the top of the Feeds page.
- Enter the content in the rich text editor and select where you'd like to share the post.
- Click the paper clip icon [
] in the text editor.

- From the pop-out, select the file you'd like to insert in your post.
- Once selected, click Open.
- Click Share.
You can upload a maximum of 10 files to a Post. The size limit per file is 10 MB
