Who can start a broadcast session?   

How do I start a broadcast from the Feeds page?   

1. Click the Broadcast icon at the top of the rich text editor in the Feeds page.
2. In the pop-out, enter the session name, add presenters, and choose who can attend the session.
3. Click Create Broadcast. Or, click Schedule if you're scheduling the session for a future time.

How can members join a broadcast session?  

• If the session is started for the entire network, then members will receive a push notification. On clicking the notification, members will be redirected to join the broadcast session.
• If the session is scheduled for a future time, then a post will be shared in the network wall. Once the session starts, the Join Broadcast button will be available in the post.
  
• Members can also access ongoing sessions from the menu on the left.
  
  
  

Available options  

1. Turn on or off the camera and audio.
2. Chat live and share screen with the participants.
3. Minimize the video window.
4. The host of the conference can add members to an ongoing session using the Invite users option in the right.
5. The host can also remove a participant.
6. The host of the session can record the entire session. Or, start and stop the recording in between to have multiple segments. 
   

Setting Reminder to a Broadcast

Once the broadcast is created, you can set a reminder for it.

1. Select the Set Reminder option below the Start Now button.
   

2. Select whether to notify only yourself or all the participants of the broadcast.

3. Choose a specific time when you want to get the reminder.

4. Click Submit.

Who can set a broadcast reminder?

Only the host can set reminder for scheduled broadcast sessions, choosing who should get notified of the event.
