Overview
Hold video calls with your network members by using the conferencing option in Zoho Connect. The below table lists the number of participants allowed in various Zoho Connect plans.

Who can start/schedule a video conference?

Any member can host a video conference except external users.

How do I start a video conference?

  1. Click the video icon [] in the right menu.



  2. In the pop-up, add a title and select the participants you'd like to invite.



  3. Click Start Conference to begin the session immediately and users will be notified about the same.
    Click the dropdown icon near Start Conference to schedule the conference for the future. 



  4. If the conference is scheduled for the future, a post with the conference details will be shared on the participants' Feeds.   

How do I join a conference?

There are three methods to join a video conference: 
  1. Once a conference starts, you'll receive a prompt with the Join button in your Zoho Connect.
  2. You can also join the conference from the post shared on your My Feed page.



  3. You'll receive a notification once the conference starts with the Join option.

Available options

Once the conference has started, you can perform the following actions:
  1. Turn on or off the camera and audio
  2. Share your screen with the participants
  3. Minimize your call window.
  4. The host of the conference can add members to an ongoing conference using the Invite users option in the right.
  5. The host of the conference can also remove a participant.

How to view conference recording?

  1. Go to the conference post in the Feeds page.



  2. Click Watch Recording.

Only when the host enables the option to view the recordings, you can watch them. 

How do I delete a conference?

  1. Go to the post that has the conference details.
  2. Click the ellipsis [...] icon in the top-right corner of the post.



  3. Click Delete in the dropdown menu.
