Managing survey

Overview

You have four options to manage a survey- edit survey, edit question, duplicate survey, and delete survey.
 

Editing a survey

To edit a survey,
  1. Go to Survey from the left menu.
  2. Click the three dots in the right corner of the survey you'd like to edit.



  3. In the dropdown, click Edit Survey.
  4. In the pop-up, edit your preferences and click Update Survey.


 

Editing question

To edit a question or multiple questions in a survey,
  1. Go to Survey from the left menu.
  2. Click the three dots in the right corner of the survey you'd like to edit questions for.



  3. In the dropdown, click Edit Question.
  4. Edit the questions based on your needs and click Publish.

 

Duplicating a survey

To delete a survey,
  1. Go to Survey from the left menu.
  2. Click the three dots in the right corner of the survey you'd like to duplicate.



  3. In the pop-up, enter the new survey name and customize it.
  4. Click Build Survey to start editing the questions.

 

Deleting a survey

To delete a survey,
  1. Go to Survey from the left menu.
  2. Click the three dots in the right corner of the survey you'd like to delete.



  3. In the dropdown, click Delete.

Surveys you deleted will be moved to Trash.

 

To view trashed surveys, click the three dots in the bottom-left corner and click Trash.



NotesTrashed surveys will be permanently deleted after 90 days. However, you can restore them at any time within this period.
