Following a board in Zoho Connect.
On following a board, members of the board can receive notifications every time a new task is added, or when a task is completed or reopened in the board. By default, notifications are sent to members only when a task involves them. With the Follow option, members will also get an idea about the other tasks in the board.
How to follow a board?
Members can follow boards they are part of by following the steps below:
- Click Tasks from the menu in the left.
- Open the board you would like to follow.
- Click the three-dot menu seen in the top-right corner of the board.
- From the dropdown, click Follow.
What happens when you follow a board?
Once you a follow a board, you will receive an email notification and a push notification for the following activities:
- when a new task is added
- when a task is completed
- when a task is reopened
