Board admins can still change task status even when the custom permissions are set.From the pop-up, go to the Customization tab.
Navigate to the Status section.
Click the three dots on the right side of the status you'd like to restrict permissions for.
From the dropdown, select Permissions.
Search for and select users who can change that particular status and click Done.
When you add permissions to a task status, a key icon will appear on that task status. You can add or remove users at any time.
