Feature Availability
Overview
Marking a task status as mandatory helps you to ensure that every task goes through the required steps before it's marked as complete.
What does it do?
You can mark one or more task statuses as mandatory. Users cannot bypass these mandatory statuses before it can be moved to a final status, say Completed/Closed.
This feature will be useful for structured processes like audits, approvals, or quality checks. It is because this ensures accountability at each step, reduces risk of skipping key actions, and maintains process integrity.
