Sharing board templates in Zoho Connect

Board templates that you create can be shared with other members in the network.

How to share a board template in Zoho Connect?

Board Admins who've created a board template can share it with other members in the network.
  • Click Tasks from the menu in the left.
  • Click the three-dot menu in the bottom-left part of the page.
  • From the drop-down, click View Board Templates.
  • From the template listing page, click the template you would like to share.
  • In the template preview pop-out, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  • From the drop-down, select Share Template.
  • In the pop-out, search for the member, and click Share Template, next to their name.
Templates shared are automatically listed in the members' View Board Template page. Admins can view the list of shared members by going to the specific template and clicking Share Template from the drop-down.

How to stop sharing a board template with a member?

  • Click Tasks from the menu in the left.
  • Click the three-dot menu in the bottom-left part of the page.
  • From the drop-down, click View Board Templates.
  • From the template listing page, click the template you would like to share.
  • In the template preview pop-out, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  • From the drop-down, select Share Template.
  • In the pop-out, click Remove Sharing next to the member's name.
