Sharing task templates in Zoho Connect

Task templates that you create can be shared with other members in the network.

How to share a task template in Zoho Connect?

Board Admins who've created task templates can share them with other members in the network.

Click Tasks from the menu in the left.
Click the three-dot menu in the bottom-left part of the page.
From the drop-down, click View Task Templates.
From the template listing page, click the template you would like to share.
In the template preview pop-out, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
From the drop-down, select Share Template.
In the pop-out, search for the member, and click Share Template, next to their name.

Templates shared are automatically listed in the members' View Task Template page. Admins can view the list of shared members by going to the specific template and clicking Share Template from the drop-down.

How to stop sharing a task template with a member?

Click Tasks from the menu in the left.
Click the three-dot menu in the bottom-left part of the page.
From the drop-down, click View Task Templates.
From the template listing page, click the template you want to stop sharing.
In the template preview pop-out, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
From the drop-down, select Share Template.
In the pop-out, click Remove Sharing, next to the member's name.

Sharing task templates is available only in Zoho Connect's paid version.
